Brady, Chapman, Holland & Associates (BCH) is proud to announce that the firm has joined the ranks of the Houston Chronicle’s Top Workplaces for the 11th consecutive year.
The annual award is based on employee feedback obtained through an anonymous survey. Administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC, the study assesses workplaces based on topics ranging from perks and benefits, to environment and internal culture. Winners are broken into three separate classes — small, for companies with 149 or fewer employees, midsize, for companies that employ 150 to 499 people and large, for those that employ 500 or more.
The fact that the award is based solely on employee perception and input makes it especially gratifying, BCH President, CEO and Chairman Jeffrey L. Brady said.
“Our goal at BCH is to provide the highest possible service to our clients, and the best way to do that is to ensure we’re creating a positive, productive environment for the team doing that work,” he said. “We are honored to know that our wonderful team members appreciate us just as much as we appreciate them.”
The insight provided in the survey’s results also helps BCH determine meaningful, actionable steps the firm can take to improve the employee experience.
Maintaining a connected employee base is important during times of great change, Energage CEO Eric Rubino noted.
