Our legal update provides a brief overview of The 5th Circuit Court of Appeals’ recent extension for OSHA’s vaccine and testing emergency testing standard (ETS). The extension prevents enforcement of the ETS, but employers remain subject to its requirements unless the ETS is deemed invalid.
