Brady, Chapman, Holland & Associates (BCH) is pleased to announce we’ve been named a Big “I” Best Practices Agency for the 32nd consecutive year! Awarded annually by the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America, also known as the IIABA or Big “I”, Best Practices designations recognize the insurance industry’s top-performing agencies.
The in-depth awards process begins with a nomination by an insurance carrier, state association or the insurance agency itself. After careful review, qualifying agencies receive an official invitation to take part in the Best Practices Study. Those who opt to participate submit detailed financial and operational information that is carefully evaluated, scored and ranked based on benchmarks such as financial stability, productivity, growth and profitability.
For the 2025 Best Practices Study, more than 1,100 independent agencies across the United States were nominated to participate. Of those, just 349 outstanding agencies from 47 states and the District of Columbia achieved Best Practices status.
BCH is honored to have been not only nominated, but named a Best Practices Agency every year since the program’s inception in 1993. We view this recognition as an opportunity to continually measure our performance against industry benchmarks, ensuring our team meets — and ideally exceeds — industry standards while delivering exceptional support to our clients.
