Our firm has been named among the Houston Chronicle’s Top Workplaces for the 14th consecutive year — or each year since the award’s inception!
The Top Workplaces award is based on employee feedback obtained through an anonymous survey. The study assesses workplaces based on topics such as perks and benefits, overall environment and internal culture. Winners are then broken into three separate classes — companies like ours, with 149 or fewer employees, mid-size, for companies with 150 to 499 people, and large, for those that employ 500 or more.
At BCH our goal is to foster a positive working environment where every person feels valued, has the opportunity to grow in the field — and enjoys coming in each day, too. Not only does it create a more positive space, but it allows us to better serve our valued clients.
Of course, this award is especially gratifying because it tells us that our employees appreciate us as much as we do them.
