The IIABA, also known as Big “I”, recognizes the highest-performing insurance agencies that demonstrate operational excellence and growth in the industry. To qualify as a Best Practices Agency, firms submit extensive documentation after the nomination is selected for review. Fewer than 300 agencies across the nation are awarded each year, and BCH is honored to be named a top contender.
